My path into this work began over 15 years ago, long before it became my profession. Through different wellbeing practices, a Master's degree in Anthropology, extensive travels and community living, I've always been curious about how people live, what they value, and how they communicate what matters most to them.
I don't believe in marketing that pushes or performs. I believe in marketing as service, communication that resonates, where people feel understood, invited, and met as they are. Where what you share is a gift to those already searching for what you offer.
My approach is both intuitive and strategic. Soft, and grounded. Human, yet clear.
When I'm not working, you'll find me moving through yoga, sharing tea ceremonies, or enjoying the company of my loved ones, with the same presence I bring to everything else.

I work with entrepreneurs in the wellbeing field who often carry resistance to marketing. I understand, I used to feel the same way.
